Review: Rachel really went above and beyond for me this weekend. I bought a new vehicle and my old insurance company refused to insure it bc of “high theft rate”- needless to say I was shocked. My car salesman got me in touch with Rachel and she left her house to come into the office on a Saturday to get me covered so I could go home in my new vehicle right away! She helped me get all the coverage I needed (at a great rate) and even a renter’s insurance policy! I guess I got lucky that my former insurance company was a joke bc I found Shelter. She now has a permanent customer bc she cared if I got to drive home or not. Thank you Rachel!
