Review: Unfortunately our experience with Midwest Billboards has turned sour. They have always been a little slow to pay but we were never too worried about it. We have now been getting “payment is being sent this week” treatment since November. The worst part is we’ve never heard from Elizabeth this whole time despite numerous attempts on our part to call, email and even stop by. They did attempt to pay last month but the check bounced
