Review: To be honest this is my second time using Fastsigns, while the quality is great, I was put off by the fact I had paid in full on a banner and not knowing which location, I went to the East store. My banner was not there and they were about to close at 5:30pm. Mind you the time was 5:05pm. I had another obligation at 5:30pm and when I called to see if they could stay open til I got there the guy who answered stuttered and delayed a response before saying “well I have to ask the boss”It would have been no more than 15 minutes and the fact they were unable to accommodate me on time is pretty absurd given I had already paid. 4 stars for quality 2 for customer service.

Review: Went in and gave a woman who worked there a jpeg pic for a funeral they were supposed to enlarge on gator board. She said 2 days turn around, 3 worst case scenario bc we needed it for the funeral 4 days later. We waited the 2 days and when we hadn’t heard anything we called to double check that it would be ready the following day. Spoke twice to “Abe” who was the rudest most unhelpful person ever, would never commit to an answer even tho we said we needed to know if we should have a backup plan in case they couldn’t do it. All he would say is that he would try to talk to that lady and have her call us back. 5 days later we are still waiting to hear from them and the funeral was yesterday. No photo. Horrible, horrible business. Ended up calling Nu-line signs that eve before closing and they did it over night just in time. That’s how you should run a business.
